I want to start today's letter with a question I want you to sit with for a moment.

If a small business is spending $1,000 a month on Facebook and Google ads, how much do you think they are spending on the actual creative? The image. The headline. The thing the potential customer sees before they decide whether to click or scroll past?

Most of the time, the answer is nothing. Or close to it.

The business owner designed the ad themselves in Canva at eleven o'clock on a Tuesday night. Or they paid a freelancer $80 for one static image and have been running the same creative for four months. Or they handed it to a nephew who is "good with computers" and has not touched it since.

Meanwhile, their cost per click is rising because the algorithm rewards fresh creative, their audience is developing ad fatigue, and nobody at the business has the time, the budget, or the expertise to fix it.

That gap, between what businesses spend getting people to see their ads and what they spend making those ads worth seeing, is your entire business.

The AI Ad Creative Studio works like this.

You use a platform called AdCreative.ai to generate twenty or more high-converting ad variations for a client in under five minutes. Not rough concepts for a designer to finish. Finished ads, ready to upload to Meta or Google, each one scored by an AI that has been trained on millions of real campaign results and predicts with over 90 percent accuracy which creatives will perform best before a single dollar of ad spend has been committed.

You deliver the top ten to your client as a package. They upload them, run them, and for the first time in their advertising history, they are testing multiple creatives simultaneously and letting the data tell them what their customers actually respond to.

To them, this feels like having a creative director on call. To you, it took forty minutes.

The business model is straightforward. You charge a flat fee per creative package, typically $200 to $500 for a set of ten to fifteen ready-to-run ad variations. The businesses that see results come back every month because ad creative needs refreshing constantly to avoid fatigue. One retainer client at $300 a month pays for your tool subscription several times over and leaves significant profit on the table.

There are also two versions of this business depending on how much involvement you want. In the first version, you produce the creative packages and deliver them. The client manages the actual ad campaigns themselves. In the second version, you manage both the creative and the campaigns, which commands a much higher monthly retainer but requires more time. Most people start with the first version and add the second once they are comfortable.

What it costs to start: AdCreative.ai offers a seven-day free trial with full access. The Starter plan after that is $39 a month, which includes ten downloadable creative sets per month. That covers two to three client packages and is enough to get started.

What it can earn in 90 days: $600 to $3,500 a month. Two retainer clients at $300 each is $600. Four clients at $400 is $1,600. One e-commerce brand on a full creative management retainer can be $1,500 to $2,500 on its own.

The tool:

On Thursday I am giving you the full blueprint: the specific types of businesses that need this most, the exact deliverable structure that justifies premium pricing, how to land your first client without a portfolio or case study, and the one thing you need to do inside AdCreative.ai before you show any client a single creative.

This is a business you can have your first client conversation about this week.

See you Thursday.
